All payments received by Digital Ads Flow LLC are for professional digital marketing, advertising, branding, and related services provided by our agency.
1. Cancellation Before Service Begins
If a client submits a cancellation request before the project or service has started, they will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellation After Service Has Started
Clients may request cancellation at any stage after the project has started.
In such cases, the refund will be evaluated based on:
- The portion of work already completed
- The time and resources invested by our team
- Any operational or third-party costs already incurred
3. Refund Calculation
After deducting the value of completed work and incurred expenses, any remaining unused balance may be refunded to the client, where applicable.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
If a significant portion of the service or project has already been delivered or completed, the corresponding payment may be partially or fully non-refundable due to the professional time, expertise, and resources already invested.
5. Third-Party Advertising Spend
Any advertising budget spent on third-party platforms such as:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads
is managed by the respective platforms and is non-refundable once utilized.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
7. Cancellation Requests
To request a cancellation or refund, clients must contact us with their order details and reason for cancellation.
